Taking a class decreases a mother's her physical complications during labor and delivery. The right class will provide you with all the information you need to fully understand your pregnancy, labor, birth, and breastfeeding. Our well trained childbirth educators see you, the pregnant women and her partner, as a healthy triad and empowers you to make decisions based on knowledge and confidence. Our classes can be scheduled on a one-on-one basis or you can register for a group class.
Our instructors have been certified by the Association of Labor Assistants and Childbirth Educators (ALACE). ALACE classes are designed to be taken at any point in your pregnancy including as soon as you find out you are pregnant, or even prior to pregnancy. The earlier the better!
We are also currently training as Birthing From Within Instructors.
